a whole day of visitation today and tomorrow it’s another early start to get dressed and ready haha. so i’m gonna hit the sack. i’m sleepy…:P here’s some outtakes from the CNY lookbook i did with the lovebonito team ;)

we were battling all sorts of obstacles from the tight time line, lack of time for the shoot itself, rainy weather and setting sun. but we managed to pull through! yay <3 lots of love to the team :D

so after helping to 2nd shoot at wendy & marcus and then for my cousin (i want to thank them for even asking me to help them haha because i would have never thought weddings could be this fun. i would have never thought of photographing weddings ever), i got my first paid gig as the official photographer at denise & ivan’s wedding (thank you guys so much for your trust, love and amazing support!)

so it rained like CRAZY that day haha i remember, we were getting soaked even while using umbrella. so we changed location and shot indoors instead. i was really happy with the results even though i shot at that location for the first time in an indoor setting.

at the actual day! they got married on polling day haha so they were featured in straits times ;) haha and there’s an iphone pictures of me shooting…well, behind the little girl doing a weird face haha

she celebrated her eighteen birthday and what better way then to keep beautiful pictures. after my engagement surprise, where ken put together this collage of pictures of us, the love and endearment of pictures we took just grew so much more!!

all in all, this was one AMAZING year and i’m so grateful to God for all the blessings. i cannot know the future and i can only plan my steps so much then work really hard at it. so truly credit must go to God who helped path the way. and of course, the wonderful support from my family, friends and my fiance! haha not forgetting you guys who have really helped me so much in ways you cannot imagine <3 thank you!!

here are the first 2 looks from the shoot on the first day! we actually had a stay over at sentosa and woke up at like 5am to start with hair and make up. After these two shoots, it rained really badly :( it was the day that orchard flooded so yeah…it was insane rain. 

but still we had a good shoot with constance and collette haha so it wasn’t too bad. at least we cleared 2 looks this week if not having to shoot 6 looks and a group shot the following sunday would mean the shoot will run into the noon-time sun. in the end, we just waited for the rain to stop watching rugrat movies, drinking orange juice and eating animal biscuit on the bed.

the team worked hard on this photoshoot, the largest i’ve worked on to date! 5 models, a creative team of 4 of us and a load of wonderful support from the rest of the LB crew. i think there were a total of 14 to 15 people on set and i’m glad it went well ;) i have too many pictures, just too many! so i’ll slowly upload them model by model, look by look. haha, but for now, here’s the group shot we did
