waiting for the portrait session to start so i thought I’d just share these behind the scene pictures from the love bonito lookbook shoot. haha, i took a couple of shots too of our korean bbq dinner but almost everyone look rather drunk and weird (probably from being too tired), it was pretty hilarious. so i’ll show you the nicer looking pictures of us during the shoot while we still had some energy ;)

# my favourite photo is the last one that daphne took of me and vel haha. it’s pretty cool but on close observation i realize that i’m doing a awkward hand flailing gesture in an attempt to explain to zianna the kind of look i’m going for. lol

so hungry to shoot film but not much opportunity within this impatient short span of like 2 days? haha so i dug up my old film photographs that well were never really published on the blog. why? i’m not sure i guess i thought since i already published the digital copies then what was the point of showing these again. i just love how they are just photographs, not digitally enhanced or altered pictures. i suppose this is even more me in a way - natural and organic.

another fashion lookbook i did with a new online boutique newly clad. but they’re not up and ready just yet. march is one exciting month!! for one, it’s happy international women’s day :D lots of love to all the ladies out there <3

it’s so apt that I’m planning something special for the ladies this month. so stay tuned!! other than business as usual, the studio has moved out of the home-base and into a room/studio space with the Books Actually peeps (not at the actual bookstore, but at their workshop office space)!!

i’m real excited about this new direction the studio is going in and i’ll share more with you guys the dreams and hope i have for the studio :D plus i’ve scheduled a few shoots in-studio so you’ll be able to have a taste of what it’s like shooting at the new crib (and no, there’ll be no boring seamless for sure!)

last year i shot a menswear fashion lookbook and last week got an email from the guys sharing that they have set the wheels in motion to launch their store this year. they’ve got great tailored shirts coming on up so if you’d like to follow them, click away to their facebook page!
