this is a special photoshoot. if i had to point to a time where i started taking my photography seriously, it would be this one. i went in saying, i wanted to be purposeful. i wanted to purposely choose this composition. i wanted her to purposely stand here, i wanted that to purposely cover or frame the picture. and i must say, doing things purposefully really makes a huge difference. plus, nadia’s an amazing model. i’m going to work on another project with her soon <3
i just posted the lookbook i shot, so i thought it would be cool to upload some of the behind the scene pictures. haha.
picture #1 i love it when friends come to support their friends and these two were so sweet. haha. (taken with film camera yashica)
picture #2 ran back to get my external flash and then snapped this picture of the 3 of them. although, in the end, i decided to not use the flash after a few shots.
