cheryl & erwin are my june wedding couple and i know i’ll be seeing a ton of familiar faces at their wedding! it’s gonna be amazing, i just know it ;) here are just some of my favourite shots from the engagement photosession, cheryl was so cute she came all excited with a boot full of props - from flowers to books to balloons and a broccoli…yes, haha a broccoli (her favourite veggie of all time haha)

their story began in NUS and that’s where their friendship and love blossomed. so of course, if you’re a student there or you were a student there, you’d recognize a few familiar looking spots!

the last photo? well, let me explain. haha cheryl and erwin were explaining to me that when it was really hot and bright, cheryl would use erwin’s hand as shelter hahaha, really cracked me up and i couldn’t help but snap their little show and tell.

remember the story about ken’s proposal? and how he showed me this video slideshow of our photos. my favourite ones of us were the ones that were either taken by selina or rachel who snapped away while we laughed or goofed around - the moments in a moment, because it truly reflected how we are with each other and how we love. 

and that is why i absolutely love shooting couples/engagement sessions. it’s a dedicated time where you’re free to love and hug and laugh and giggle with your loved one whether the person’s your family, a wonderful friend or a special someone. and having it caught in a photograph to keep and to cherish <3

i had a wonderful time at the shoot with sueann and lawrence, who are my junior juniors(!) from Singapore Management University haha. the shoot was a little present to herself to celebrate her twenty first birthday! and of course, one can’t help but notice that sueann just has the most adorable laughter and smile that just makes you think how sweet and beautiful she is! these are the couple shots, but there’s more individual shots too and some behind the scene film photographs coming up too :D

did a shoot with aiping & jerome. they wanted to get couple shots! so we packed up the luggage and headed off to the woods. this was the first look (three all together!) aiping was obsessed with the shuffling song and the dance (yes, she apparently learnt the whole thing and wore ballet slippers so she could shuffle properly!! haha). so the 2 of them shuffled away and we ended up with the shot in the middle. more to come!!

settling my accounts today (grrr, i can do it!!) and editing through the pictures from the graduation session last week. the menswear fashion shoot went GREAT last saturday, will blog about that soon when the pictures are ready ;) then we also have 2 more lookbooks to be planned and executed so it’ll be uber fun!! yay

did a little shoot last last friday…i think. gosh! time flies. did a couple shoot with aiping & jerome, just to capture their love. i lost a bag of flour, my lens cap, got bitten by sand flies and fell down haha but i was glad with how the pictures turned out. 

okok, i need to finish up some work and head out for a shoot already so will share more about the shoot again!
