June has been one crazy crazy month! I’ve overworked and now it’s time to claim all the time off haha. speaking of which, need to work on the accounts! i’m suppose to claim all my OT hours next week for some rejuvenation and just having “internal” meetings with myself about the rest of the year at nicolethen studio. but…i have a feeling some work will creep in…inevitably…

like:

• replying emails
• sending out photo parcels
• client meeting
• wrapping up of edits and more editing
• my parents want me to somehow shoot and be in the shot for my sister’s graduatioin…argh!! stress haha
• more portrait work on thursday
• yeeps!!

but fear not, the week starts off with a sponsored (thanks to my uncles!) cousin trip to USS :D although i’m afraid my brains are still feeling quite fried & exhausted and i’m not sure if i have the energy to scream my lungs out. (the last time i went, i really exhausted myself from screaming. i was SO tired but i was SO scared, so i couldn’t stop screaming haha…don’t understand how mr. bean managed to sleep through his ride!)

this shoot was done for Sonata! they’re a dance wear company that i grew up knowing. when it was exam time, we had to get new stuff from Sonata ;) so it was a real honor and joy to be able to work with the team. we raced against the setting sun and worked with Singapore Dance Theatre company’s dancer Elaine on the shoot. to photograph an actual dancer from the company, to actually get to stand in the studio as the dancers wrapped up their dance routine. loved it to bits!
